  16. About:        RGB>>HEX is a simple, easy to use GUI for obtaining
  17.             HEX numbers (for your html doc. etc) from RGB numbers.

  19.             The GUI uses three sliders and a paint box for you to see 
  20.             the color. RGB>>HEX will then display the HEX number. This
  21.             process is exactly the same way you would use in a paint 
  22.             program.
